Returns & Exchanges

The Official US Shop of the PWHL wants you to be fully satisfied with your gear; we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that personalized jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any existing labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
